You can't get a more green or clean printing process than dye sublimation. We use only water-based dyes that are so environmentally friendly they can be safely poured down the sink.

Traditional screen-printing involves large amounts of wasted water, first to expose the screen by washing away the emulsion, and then to clean the screen of excess inks.

Winnipeg Sports Apparel specializes in custom team apparel and uniforms. We offer traditional stock uniforms that are embroidered and screened, but we also offer dye sublimated uniforms. Dye sublimation is extremely durable because it will not peel, crack, and fade like silk screened products do. Sublimation allows for one of kind designs that will set your team or organization apart!

In the simplest terms, Dye sublimation is the process where logos, names, numbers, and designs are direct dyed into the garment. When you run your hand over the garment all you will feel is the fabric.
